In the Fall of 2022 the members of the SHUTTLE Lab collaboratively wrote shared values and lab member expectations that guide our work. We have posted them to our website for our own reference, and also to communicate our lab culture to everyone! Any member of the lab is welcome to propose changes to these values and expectations, and we will revisit them together every year, at least.
